摘要
通过对起重机卷扬平衡阀在开启关闭过程中由阀芯运动造成的抖动问题进行研究,基于AMESim仿真软件建立起重机卷扬平衡阀的仿真模型,通过仿真分析对平衡阀阀芯运动时的动态特性进行深入研究。结果表明,起重机平衡阀的内部阻尼孔参数设计对阀芯复位动作有很大影响,通过对阻尼孔参数进行优化,可有效解决起重机卷扬下降抖动问题。
In this paper,the jitter problem caused by spool movement of crane winch balance valve in the process of opening and closing is studied.Based on AMESim simulation software,the simulation model of crane winch balance valve is established.Through simulation analysis,the dynamic characteristics of spool movement of the balance valve are deeply studied.The internal damping hole parameter design of crane balance valve has great influence on the reset action of the valve spool.Optimization of damping hole parameters can effectively solve the problem of crane winch falling jitter.
