腔镜器械清洗消毒灭菌的相关护理管理应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Nursing Management Related to Cleaning and Disinfection Sterilization of Laparoscopic Instruments

目的探讨腔镜器械清洗消毒灭菌中采用不同管理方案的价值。方法遵循随机原则选择2020年1月—2023年1月在江苏省南通市海安市中医院工作的护理人员12名进行研究,研究期间护理人员无变动,对照组(2020年1月—2022年6月)实施常规管理,观察组(2022年7月—2023年1月)实施细节管理,记录对比两组不良事件发生率及护理管理满意度,同时,在两时间段内各选取50件腔镜器械,评估比较两组管理质量。结果观察组安全防范意识、风险防范意识、服务意识、器械及时供应评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(14.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腔镜器械清洗、消毒、灭菌中,开展细节护理管理工作可提高整体管理质量,同时可降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the value of using different management schemes in the cleaning and disinfection sterilization of laparoscopic instruments.Methods Twelve nurses working in Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected for the study.During the study period,there was no change in the nursing staff.The control group(from January 2020 to June 2022)implemented routine management,and the observation group(from July 2022 to January 2023)implemented detailed management.The incidence of adverse events and nursing management satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and compared.At the same time,selected 50 endoscopic instruments from each of the two time periods to evaluate and compare the management quality of the two groups.Results The observation group scored higher in terms of safety prevention awareness,risk prevention awareness,service awareness,and timely supply of equipment compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(14.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the laparoscopic instrument cleaning and disinfection sterilization,the development of detailed nursing management can improve the overall management quality and reduce the incidence of adverse events at the same time.
