护理风险管理对普外病区手术安全管理的干预分析

Intervention Analysis of Nursing Risk Management on Surgical Safety Management in a General Surgery Ward

目的分析护理风险管理对普外病区安全管理的干预效果。方法选取2022年1—12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院普外病区20名护理人员作为观察组,实施护理风险管理;选取2021年1—12月期间本院20名护理人员作为对照组,实施常规管理。对比两组护理质量、不良事件发生率。结果观察组专业知识水平(92.66±5.78)分、护理文书管理(93.11±5.65)分、护理服务态度(93.52±5.76)分、护理安全知识水平(93.77±5.26)分、护理风险防范水平(93.23±5.79)分高于对照组的(84.75±4.32)分、(85.64±4.21)分、(85.29±4.33)分、(85.25±4.88)分、(85.64±4.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理不良事件发生率5.00%低于对照组14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外病区安全管理中应用护理风险管理,可有效提高护理质量,降低不良事件的发生风险。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of nursing risk management on safety management in general outpatient wards.Methods Selected 20 nursing staff from the general outpatient ward of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January to December 2022 as the observation group to implement nursing risk management;selected 20 nursing staff from our hospital from January to December 2021 as the control group and implement routine management.Compared the nursing quality and incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores in professional knowledge level(92.66±5.78)points,nursing document management(93.11±5.65)points,nursing service attitude(93.52±5.76)points,nursing safety knowledge level(93.77±5.26)points,and nursing risk prevention level(93.23±5.79)points compared to the control group(84.75±4.32)points,(85.64±4.21)points,(85.29±4.33)points,(85.25±4.88)points,and(85.64±4.28)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the safety management of general outpatient wards can effectively improve nursing quality and reduce the risk of adverse events.
