细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用价值分析

To Analyze the Application Value of Detailed Nursing Management in the Management of Laparoscopic Instruments in the Operating Room

目的分析细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—12月期间于寿光和信医院手术室工作的20名医务人员作为研究对象,2021年1—6月期间应用常规手术室管理(对照组),2021年7—12月期间则实施了细节护理管理(观察组),比较两组管理结果。结果两组器械清洗达标率和手术器械感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的质量控制效果较对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的总满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室腔镜器械管理中运用细节护理管理能确保腔镜器械质量。

Objective To analyze the value of detailed nursing management in the management of laparoscopic instruments in the operating room.Methods Twenty medical personnel working in the operating room of Shouguang Hexin Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and routine operating room management was applied from January to June 2021(control group),while detailed nursing management was implemented from July to December 2021(observation group),and the management results of the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the rate of instrument cleaning up to standard and the infection rate of surgical instruments between the two groups(P<0.05).The quality control effect of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing management in the management of endoscopic instruments in operating room can ensure the quality of endoscopic instruments.
