“健康中国战略”背景下,医学高校师资队伍建设是高质量医学人才队伍建设的重要抓手,是提升人才培养内涵建设的重要环节,不断加强与开展师资能力提升相关培训项目,不断丰富、创新培训内容与形式,搭建教与学良好交流平台,以全面提升临床教师教学能力,提高医学人才培养质量,助力健康中国目标的实现是目前有重大意义的一项研究方向。教师培养模式的改革关乎教师的质量和标准,是培养下一代人才的关键所在。要加强医学高校师资队伍建设,加强师资队伍建设和医学生的健康素养,起到推动整个社会医疗卫生事业发展的作用,从而使这些医学生普及健康知识,形成大健康大卫生观,这样的良性循环才会使社会真正的健康,从根源上去践行健康中国的战略,发展健康事业,使健康事业蓬勃发展。通过对临床医师师质培养的研究和分析,以期为我国的医学教育教学改革提供有利经验。
