摘要
目的对护士分层分组管理在骨科护理中的效果进行研究。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月期间在山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院骨二科任职的34名骨科护士为研究对象,2020年6月—2021年6月期间行常规管理,2021年7月—2022年6月期间行分层分组管理,对比两种管理模式下护士职业认同感、日常工作质量、管理满意度等指标。结果分层分组管理模式下,患者影响感、决定感、组织影响感、自我效力感、角色一致感、工作把握感和意义感等评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层分组管理模式下,护士职业穿戴、病历管理、业务学习、物品管理、程序交接、护患交流、文书书写和查房记录等评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分层分组管理模式下,护士管理满意度为97.06%,高于常规管理的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层分组管理针对骨科护士管理效果明显,可有效增强护士职业认同感,提高日常工作质量和管理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of nurses'stratified group management in orthopedic nursing.Methods 34 orthopedic nurses working in the Second Department of Orthopedics,Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Nursing and Health Group from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and routine management was performed from June 2020 to June 2021,and stratified and grouped management was performed from July 2021 to June 2022.The indexes of nurses'professional identity,daily work quality and management satisfaction were compared under the two management modes.Results In the stratified group management mode,the scores of patients'sense of influence,sense of decision,sense of organizational influence,sense of self-efficacy,sense of role consistency,sense of work grasp and sense of meaning were higher than those of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the stratification and grouping management mode,the scores of nurses'professional wearing,medical record management,professional learning,item management,procedure handover,nurse-patient communication,document writing and round records were all higher than those of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the stratified group management mode,the satisfaction of nurses'management was 97.06%,higher than that of conventional management(76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical group management of nurses has obvious effect on the management of orthopedic nurses,which can effectively enhance the professional identity of nurses,improve the quality of daily work and management satisfaction.
