品管圈活动管理模式改善消毒供应室护理质量及灭菌效果的观察

Observation on Quality Control Circle Activity Management Mode to Improve the Nursing Quality and Sterilization Effect in Disinfection and Supply Room

目的分析品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动管理对消毒供应室护理质量、灭菌效果的影响。方法选择2021年1—12月揭西县中医医院消毒供应室的798件器材或物品及10名护士作为对照组(经传统模式开展管理),选择2022年1—12月本院消毒供应室的800件器材或物品及10名护士作为观察组(开展QCC活动管理),比较两组护理质量得分、消毒灭菌合格率和无形成果得分。结果观察组供给及时、产品质量、服务态度、下收工作以及下送工作方面的护理质量得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组回收、分类、清洗、消毒、干燥、包装、灭菌、储存以及发放方面的合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组品管手法、凝聚力、积极性、愉悦感、和谐程度、解决问题能力、沟通配合和责任感方面的无形成果得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论QCC活动管理可提升消毒供应室的护理质量,增强灭菌效果。

Objective To analyze the influence of quality control circle(QCC)activity management on nursing quality and sterilization effect in disinfection and supply room.Methods 798 pieces of equipment or articles and 10 nurses in the disinfection and supply room of Jiexi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group(managed by the traditional mode),and 800 pieces of equipment or articles and 10 nurses in the disinfection and supply room of the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group(managed by QCC activities).The nursing quality score,the proportion of qualified disinfection and sterilization and the score of intangible achievements of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality scores and total scores of the observation group in terms of timely supply,product quality,service attitude,receiving work and sending work were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of recovery,classification,cleaning,disinfection,drying,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of intangible achievements in quality control techniques,cohesion,enthusiasm,sense of pleasure,degree of harmony,problem-solving ability,communication and cooperation,and sense of responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC activity management can improve the nursing quality of disinfection and supply room and enhance the sterilization effect.
