PDCA循环管理模式在药库药品供应管理中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式在药库药品供应管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在淄博市中心医院药学部工作的20名药师,另外选取100份药品资料作为研究对象,按时间节点作为分组依据,2019年1—12月期间实施传统管理模式,设为对照组,2020年1—12月期间施行PDCA循环管理法,设为观察组,比较两组药品有效使用率、药品报损率、药品去向明确率及药品管理水平。结果观察组药品有效使用率(98.20%)、药品去向明确率(99.60%)均高于对照组,药品报损率(0.20%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药库环境(95.61±1.25)分、药品分类(94.01±1.01)分、药品储存(93.51±1.21)分、库管培训(98.51±1.48)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药库药品供应管理中实施PDCA循环管理模式,可以显著提高药品有效使用率、药品去向明确率,降低药品报损率,且可以明显提升药师药品管理水平。 Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management mode in the management of drug supply in pharmacy.Methods 20 pharmacists working in the Pharmacy Department of Zibo Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and 100 drug data were selected as the grouping basis according to time nodes.The traditional management mode was implemented during January to December 2019,and the PDCA cycle management method was implemented during January to December 2020.The two groups were set as the observation group to compare the effective utilization rate of drugs,reported loss rate of drugs,clear rate of drug destination and drug management level.Results The effective drug utilization rate(98.20%)and clear drug destination rate(99.60%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the reported drug loss rate(0.20%)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Drug storage environment score(95.61±1.25)points,drug classification score(94.01±1.01)points,drug storage score(93.51±1.21)points and storage management training score(98.51±1.48)points in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management mode in drug supply management of drug warehouse can significantly improve the effective utilization rate of drugs,the clear rate of drug destination,reduce the rate of drug loss reporting,and significantly improve the level of drug management of pharmacists.
