情景模拟教学在住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏和电除颤教学中的应用

Application of Situational Simulation Teaching in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Electrical Defibrillation Teaching of Standardized Training for Resident Physicians

目的分析对接受规范化培训的住院医师采用情景模拟教学法进行心肺复苏和电除颤教学的价值。方法选取2022年1—12月在福建医科大学附属南平第一医院接受规范化培训的128名住院医师,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,A组64名采用传统教学法,B组64名采用情景模拟教学法,完成培训后,对比两组理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩及总成绩,且以问卷调查形式对两组对培训的满意度进行评定。结果B组培训后的理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩与总成绩均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组培训总满意度(95.31%)高于A组(84.38%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对住院医师,在对其进行规范化培训时,采用情景模拟教学进行心肺复苏与电除颤教学,能显著提高教学效果,并促进其满意度的提高。

Objective To analyze the value of teaching Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and electric defibrillation by using scenario simulation teaching method for residents with standardized training.Methods One hundred and twentyeight residents who received standardized training in Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Sixty-four students in group A adopted the traditional teaching method,and sixty-four students in group B adopted the situational simulation method.After the completion of the training,the results of the theoretical examination,skill assessment and total scores of the two groups were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups to the training was assessed by questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the total score of group A,the scores of group B's theoretical examination and skill assessment after training were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of group B(95.31%)was higher than that of group A(84.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For resident doctors,the use of situational simulation teaching in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and electrical defibrillation teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect and promote the improvement of their satisfaction.
