整合式教学方法在全科医生外科相关专业能力培训中的应用效果

摘要 目的探究整合式教学方法在全科医生外科相关专业能力培训中的应用效果。方法随机选取重庆医药高等专科学校2022年1—12月接受外科相关专业能力培训的全科医学专业学生60名为研究对象,其中,2022年1—6月接收的30名学生采取传统教学方法培训,纳入传统组;2022年7—12月接收的30名学生采取以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)+以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL),通过线上、线下相结合的整合式教学方法培训,纳入整合组。比较两组学生的学习成绩、综合能力及教学满意度。结果传统组理论知识与实践技能评分均低于整合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统组自主学习、发现与解决问题、临床思维、团队协作及沟通表达能力评分均低于整合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统组对所接受教学的总满意率低于整合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全科医学专业学生进行外科相关专业能力培训期间予以整合式教学方法与措施干预,有助于提高其理论与实践方面的学习成绩,还可提高其综合能力,取得更高的教学满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of integrated teaching methods in the training of general practitioners'surgical-related professional competence.Methods Randomly selected 60 general medicine students from Chongqing Medical College who received surgical related professional ability training from January to December 2022 as the research subjects.Among them,30 students who received traditional teaching methods training from January to June 2022 were included in the traditional group;the 30 students received from July to December 2022 adopted a combination of case based learning(CBL)and problem based learning(PBL),and were trained through an integrated teaching method that combines online and offline methods,and included in the integration group.Compared the academic performance,comprehensive abilities,and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the traditional group were lower than those in the integrated group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-directed learning,problem-solving,clinical thinking,teamwork,and communication expression abilities in the traditional group were lower than those in the integrated group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the traditional group with the teaching received was lower than that of the integrated group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with integrated teaching methods and measures during the training of surgical related professional abilities for general practice students can help improve their theoretical and practical academic performance,as well as enhance their comprehensive abilities and achieve higher teaching satisfaction.
