医院感染管理在突发公共卫生事件中的应用价值

The Application Value of Hospital Infection Management in Public Health Emergencies

目的分析在突发公共卫生事件中有效开展医院感染管理工作的临床价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二六医院28名医院感染科管理人员作为研究对象,2021年1—12月期间实施常规院感防控措施,作为对照组,2022年1—12月实施三级院感防控管理体系,作为观察组,在研究期间均无任何人员变动,评估两组院感人员对感染管理所持态度、感染管理质量评分。结果观察组院感人员对于感染管理的认可度以及感染管理质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化、规范化的医院感染管理措施应用于突发公共卫生事件干预中,能够转变院感人员对感染管理的态度,最大限度地提高医院感染管理工作质量与工作效率,值得推荐。

Objective Analyze the clinical value of effectively carrying out hospital infection management in sudden public health emergencies.Methods 28 hospital infection department managers from January 2021 to December 2022 in the 926 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Service Support Force were selected as the subjects of study.Regular hospital infection prevention and control measures were implemented from January to December 2021 as the control group.A three-level hospital infection prevention and control management system was implemented from January to December 2022 as the observation group.There was no change in personnel during the study period.Evaluated the attitudes of two groups of hospital infection personnel towards infection management,as well as the quality score of infection management.Results The acceptance of infection management among hospital infection personnel in the observation group and the scores of various dimensions of infection management quality were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic and standardized hospital infection management measures used in the intervention of public health emergencies can change the attitude of hospital staff toward infection management and maximize the quality and efficiency of hospital infection management work,which is recommended.
