公立医院绩效考核的目标管理体系构建与实施

摘要 公立医院开展绩效考核时,可以强化目标管理体系在公立医院各个科室绩效考核中的应用力度,借助目标管理体系确定适宜的绩效考核目标,推进公立医院绩效考核目标管理顺利开展。本文从公立医院绩效考核进行分析,了解绩效考核目标管理体系的优势和不足,按照适当计划方案构建绩效考核目标管理体系,结合公立医院绩效考核情况有效实施目标管理体系,将目标管理体系在公立医院不同科室绩效考核中的应用价值表现出来。 When public hospitals carry out performance appraisal,they can strengthen the application of the target management system in the performance appraisal of each department in public hospitals,and determine appropriate performance appraisal goals with the help of the target management system to promote the smooth development of the target management of performance appraisal in public hospitals.In this paper,we will analyze the performance appraisal in public hospitals,understand the advantages and shortcomings of the performance appraisal goal management system,construct the performance appraisal goal management system according to the appropriate planning scheme,effectively implement the target management system in combination with the performance appraisal in public hospitals,and show the value of the application of the target management system in the performance appraisal of different departments in public hospitals.
