Analysis on the Development Status and Challenges of Nursing Management Informatization

随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等新兴科技的迅猛发展,医疗领域迎来了新的发展契机。本文以护理管理信息化为视角,剖析护理管理信息化的相关概念,从护理、护士、护理管理,再到护理管理信息化、护理信息系统、智慧护理,进行概念的内涵与发展分析,可反映我国在建设医疗信息化、护理管理信息化的逐步深入的发展脉络,同时分别从政策法规层面以及护理管理信息化应用层面方向进行现状阐述,明晰我国对于深化发展护理管理信息化的支持力度与导向,以及目前信息化应用在护理质量、人力资源管理、安全管理方面均取得的成果,最后提出护理管理信息化深化发展所面临的潜在挑战和对策探讨,以期为我国护理管理信息化更好更快发展以及智慧护理建设提供一定理论参考。

With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,the medical field has ushered in new development opportunities.From the perspective of nursing management informationization,this paper analyzed the related concepts of nursing management informationization,from nursing,nurses,nursing management,to nursing management informationization,nursing information system,and intelligent nursing,and analyzed the connotation and development of the concepts.It can reflect the development of medical information and nursing management information in our country.At the same time,from the level of policies and regulations and the application level of nursing management information,the status quo expounded the support and guidance for deepening the development of nursing management information in our country,and the results achieved by the application of information technology in nursing quality,human resource management and safety management.Finally,the paper put forward the potential challenges and countermeasures of the deepening development of nursing management informatization,in order to provide some theoretical references for the better and faster development of nursing management informatization and the construction of intelligent nursing.
