高寒阴湿区马铃薯主食化品种的筛选及性能 被引量:1

摘要 为筛选适宜高寒阴湿区种植的主食化马铃薯专用品种,推进甘肃马铃薯主粮化深入实施,引进和收集当地品种共25个,开展品种比较试验,比较各品种之间的生态适应性(农艺性状)、加工品质指标(含水量、还原糖和淀粉含量)和加工相关的酶活性(PPO和POD活性)高低。采用隶属函数、聚类分析和相关性综合分析,筛选出适宜当地种植主食化品种5个,分别是陇薯15号、陇薯14号、青薯9号、陇薯10号和陇薯7号。这些品种产量在27941.83~31143.77 kg/hm^(2),含水量为74.13%~76.51%,还原糖含量为0.08%~0.20%,淀粉含量为17.59%~23.58%,PPO活性为6.44~10.82 U,推荐这些品种在高寒阴湿区推广种植。 In order to select special potato varieties suitable for planting in cold and humid areas and promote the further implementation of potato staple food research and industry development in China,a total of 25 varieties were introduced and collected to carry out variety comparison test in cold and humid areas in China.The ecological adaptability(agronomic characters),processing quality indexes(dry matter,reducing sugar and starch content)and processing related enzyme activities(PPO and POD activities)were compared.By means of membership function,cluster analysis and correlation comprehensive analysis,5 varieties suitable for local planting were screened out,which were Longshu 15,Longshu 14,Qingshu 9,Longshu 10 and Longshu 7.The main indexes of the recommended varieties were yield with 27941.83-31143.77 kg/hm^(2),74.13%-76.51%water content,0.08%-0.20%reducing sugar content,17.59%-23.58%starch content,6.44-10.82 U PPO activity.It was recommended that these varieties could be popularized and planted in cold and humid areas.
