摘要
铜资源是国民经济持续发展的物质基础之一。对赞比亚某铜矿的选矿工程设计进行了介绍,研究了该矿的矿石性质、矿物嵌布特征等,确定了选厂设计方案。根据矿石工艺指标设计了工艺流程,选定了选矿设备。设计的选别工艺成功回收了该矿石中的铜精矿,精矿产率、品位、回收率均较理想。
Copper resources are one of the material foundations for the sustainable development of the national economy.This paper introduces the design of Mineral processing of a copper mine in Zambia,studies the ore properties and mineral distribution character‐istics of the mine,and determines the design scheme of the concentrator.The process flow was designed based on the ore process in‐dicators and the beneficiation equipment was selected.The designed sorting process successfully recovered the copper concentrate from the ore,with ideal concentrate yield and grade recovery rate.
