二异丁基二硫代磷酸甲酸酯的合成及选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Synthesis and Beneficaition of Diisobutyl Dithiophosphate Formiate

以二异丁基二硫代磷酸钠、氯甲酸乙酯为原料,合成出了二异丁基二硫代磷酸甲酸酯,分别考察了不同物料配比、不同反应温度,不同反应时间以及不同pH条件对产品含量和产率的影响,得到的合成条件为最佳物料比:n((C_(4)H_(9)O)2PS_(2)Na)∶n(C_(3)H_(5)ClO_(2))=1∶1.02,最佳合成温度为45℃,最佳合成时间120 min,最佳酸碱度pH=7条件下合成产品产率为96%,含量为94%以上的二异丁基二硫代磷酸甲酸酯产品。使用该产品作为捕收剂对某铜矿进行浮选对比实验,与现场所用捕收剂相比较,铜精矿铜品位提升1.97%,铜回收率提升0.51%。

Using sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate and ethyl chloroformate as raw materials to Synthesize of diisobutyl dithiophos‐phate formate,the effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and different pH conditions on product yield were studied.The optimum process conditions were obtained as follows:n((C_(4)H_(9)O)_(2)PS_(2)Na):n(C_(3)H_(5)ClO_(2))=1∶102.Diisobutyl dithio‐phosphate formate was synthesized with a yield of 96%and a recovery of more than 93%under the conditions of 45℃,120 min and pH=7.Appling it on a copper mine as a collector,comparing it with the collector used on site,it is found that the grade of copper concentrate is increased by 1.97%,and the recovery rate is increased by 0.51%.
