选矿药剂企业生产中的安全管理浅谈

Discussion on Safety Management in Production of Mineral Processing Reagent Enterprises

从选矿药剂生产企业安全管理存在的问题入手,从决策层的重视程度、对标国家制度的执行情况、企业安全管理宣传力度及安全意识统一等四方面分析了这一行业目前安全管理中存在的问题,总结了危化品使用、国家重点监管危险工艺、工艺及设备选取、管理的专业性、培训及制度完善等方面存在的弊端,对此行业的安全管理提出几点合理可行的建议。

The current situation of safety management in mineral processing reagent production enterprises has been explored and analyzed from four aspects:the level of importance attached by decision-making,the implementation of benchmarking national sys‐tems,the promotion of enterprise safety management,and the unity of safety awareness.Listed common issues related to safety management in the industry.The shortcomings of the industry in the use of hazardous chemicals,the selection of national key regu‐latory hazardous technologies and equipment,professional management,training,and institutional improvement were summarized,and several reasonable and feasible suggestions for the safety management of the industry were put forward.
