某各层弱相关悬挂结构转换桁架设计及关键节点分析 被引量:3

摘要 某高层连体结构采用各层弱相关的悬挂结构体系,屋顶转换桁架悬挂8层以实现建筑挑空的造型,屋顶转换桁架最大悬挑跨度约15.5m。对多种屋顶主桁架方案进行计算分析,从构件内力、截面尺寸、对建筑的影响、竖向位移、施工难度及经济性等方面对各方案进行比选,最终确定了悬挑桁架的结构布置方案。采用多种计算模型对屋顶转换桁架进行包络设计,保证结构安全。通过拆除屋顶主桁架轴压力最大的斜腹杆进行抗连续倒塌分析,分析结果表明屋顶转换桁架具有足够的抗连续倒塌能力。通过对关键节点进行特殊设计实现各悬挂楼层弱相关的理念,并采用ANSYS软件对主要节点进行有限元分析验证了节点的安全性。通过采用合理的措施解决了钢管混凝土柱与剪力墙的连接构造问题。 A high-rise connected structure adopts a weakly related of each floor suspension structure system.The transfer trusses suspend 8 floors to realize the partially empty architectural style.The maximum cantilever span of the transfer trusses is about 15.5m.The calculation and analysis of various main truss schemes were carried out,the schemes were compared from the aspects of component force,section size,influence on the building,vertical displacement,construction difficulty and economy,and the finally structural arrangement of the cantilever truss was determined.The enveloping design of the transfer truss was carried out by using a variety of calculation models to ensure the safety of the structure.The analysis was carried out by removing the oblique web member with the largest axial pressure of the main truss,and the results show that the roof transfer trusses had sufficient ability of preventing structral progressive collapse.The concept on weakly related of each suspended floors was realized by special design of key joints,and the safety of the joints were verified by finite element analysis using ANSYS software.The connection between concrete-filled steel column and reinforced concrete wall was solved by adopting reasonable measures.
