摘要
昆明某147.5m超高层建筑,共37层,其中12~35层外框架绕平面形心相对下层旋转,共旋转30°,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。根据旋转斜柱的特点,结构设计采取了针对性的分析方法,制定相应的性能目标并提高了关键构件(框架柱、底部加强区剪力墙、楼板)的抗震性能。利用YJK、ETABS及SAUSAGE软件对结构进行了不同性能水准地震作用下结构承载力、变形及稳定性分析,重点验算旋转斜柱对结构整体性能、楼板、核心筒等构件的影响以及斜柱本身的抗震性能,并采取针对性抗震构造措施。另外,采用MIDAS FEA实体有限元分析了斜柱关键节点的可靠性。结果表明:结构在不同性能水准地震作用下的各项设计指标均满足相关规范要求;水平力形成的扭矩在各种工况下的传递路径均有效可靠,各构件可实现预期的抗震性能目标,结构设计方案是可行且安全的。
A 147.5m super high-rise building in Kunming has a total of 37 floors,of which the outer frame of the 12~35th floor rotates around the plane centroid relative to the lower floor,with a total rotation of 30°.The concrete-filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube hybrid structural system was adopted.According to the characteristics of the rotating inclined column,targeted analysis methods were adopted in the structural design,corresponding performance objectives were formulated,and the seismic performance of key components(frame column,bottom reinforcement area of shear wall,floor slab)was improved.Using YJK,ETABS and SAUSAGE software,the strength,deformation and stability of the structure under different performance levels of earthquake were analyzed with focusing on the influence of the rotating inclined column on the overall performance of the structure,the slab,core tube and other components,as well as the seismic performance of the inclined column itself,and targeted seismic structural measures were taken.In addition,the reliability of the key nodes of the inclined column was analyzed by MIDAS FEA using solid finite element analysis method.The results show that the design indexes of the structure under different performance levels of earthquake meet the requirements of relevant specifications.The transmission path of the torque formed by the horizontal force is effective and reliable under various working conditions.Each component can achieve the expected seismic performance target,and the structural design scheme is feasible and safe.
