摘要
湖南旺旺医院二期医疗大楼位于城市核心商圈,地下6层,埋深达32m,采用“先封顶,后结底”全逆作法工艺设计施工。首先详细介绍了项目的概况及存在的难点,通过计算分析比较全逆作法与顺作法;介绍了全逆作法地下连续墙、水平支撑、竖向桩柱转换体系的设计分析及技术措施;并针对全逆作法施工工艺存在的一些共性问题提出了解决方案并在工程中设计实践;最后,总结全逆作法的应用范围及技术措施以供同类工程参考。
The phase II medical building of Hunan Wangwang hospital is located in the urban core business district,with six floors of basement and a buried depth of 32 meters.It was designed and constructed by total reverse construction method with capping first and then completing foundation.Firstly,the overview and existing difficulties of the project were introduced in detail.The total reverse construction method were compared with sequential method by calculation and analysis.Design analysis and technical measures of underground diaphragm wall,horizontal support and vertical pilecolumn conversion system of total reverse construction method were also introduced.In view of some common problems existing in total reverse construction process,the solutions were proposed and put into practice in engineering design.Finally,the application scope and technical measures of total reverse construction method were summarized for reference to similar projects.
