居民健康素养水平与新型冠状病毒感染相关健康谣言辨别能力的关系研究

Analysis on the relationship between health literacy and discrimination ability of COVID-19 related health rumors

目的了解居民新型冠状病毒感染相关健康谣言辨别能力,分析健康素养与谣言辨别能力的关系。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,对江苏省26个区/县的15~69岁居民进行问卷调查。结果共2892份有效问卷。45.99%居民具备新型冠状病毒感染相关健康谣言辨别能力,居民新冠相关健康谣言辨别能力受城乡、健康素养水平的影响(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,与农村居民相比,城市居民(OR=1.201,95%CI:1.037~1.391)的新型冠状病毒感染相关健康谣言辨别能力具备率较高;与健康素养水平很低组相比,健康素养较低组(OR=1.374,95%CI:1.089~1.733)、中等组(OR=1.332,95%CI:1.059~1.674)、较高组(OR=1.298,95%CI:1.039~1.622)、很高组(OR=1.478,95%CI:1.167~1.872)的新型冠状病毒感染相关健康谣言辨别能力具备率较高。结论提高居民健康素养有助于提高居民的谣言辨别能力,更好地应对突发公共卫生事件。

Objective To understand the discrimination ability of COVID-19 related health rumors among residents,and to analyze the relationship between health literacy and rumor discrimination ability.Methods Residents aged 15-69 years from 26 districts/counties of Jiangsu Province were selected by multi-stage stratified sampling for questionnaire survey.Results A total of 2892 valid questionnaires were obtained.45.99%of residents had discrimination ability of COVID-19 related health rumors.The residents’discrimination ability of COVID-19 related health rumors were affected by urban and rural areas and health literacy levels(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that urban residents(OR=1.201,95%CI:1.037-1.391,P<0.05)had a higher rate of COVID-19 related health rumors discrimination compared with the rural group.Compared with the lowest health literacy group,the lower(OR=1.374,95%CI:1.089-1.733),medium(OR=1.332,95%CI:1.059-1.674),higher(OR=1.298,95%CI:1.039-1.622)and highest(OR=1.478,95%CI:1.167-1.872)health literacy groups had higher rates of COVID-19 related health rumors discrimination.Conclusions Improving residents’health literacy is helpful to improve residents’rumor discrimination ability and better cope with public health emergencies.
