2022年10月北京市某区一起由新型冠状病毒感染输入病例导致的家庭聚集性疫情分析

摘要 目的描述和分析2022年10月发生的一起由外地输入性病例引发的本地家庭聚集性疫情。方法运用现场流行病学调查方式对新型冠状病毒感染确诊病例进行个案流调,按照方案对密切接触者、高风险人群及健康监测人群进行追踪和管理。结果流调信息和基因测序证实病例A为外省输入病例,本次疫情涉及1个家庭共7人,全部确诊,罹患率为100%,均因家庭内日常接触传播;7人均为轻症患者;男女性别比3∶4;平均年龄44岁,最小21岁,最大76岁;共判定风险点位8处;判定密切接触者109人,高风险人群7022人;风险点位环境采样仅在病家卫生间中为阳性。结论本起疫情呈家庭聚集性。新型冠状病毒人群普遍易感,同住人员风险最高;发现病例越早,造成的资源消耗越小.需加强对病例早期发现的灵敏度;由于人员流动性加快,建议在呼吸道传染疾病流行季节采取有效防护以降低传播风险,同时加强相关知识政策宣传告知。 Objective To describe and analyze a local family cluster caused by an imported COVID-19 case in October 2022.Methods The field epidemiological survey was used to investigate the confirmed cases of novel coronavirus infection.The close contacts,high-risk individuals and health monitoring persons were tracked and managed according to the scheme.Results Epidemiological investigation information and gene sequencing confirm that case A was an imported case from another province.A total of 7 individuals from a family were involved,and all of them were confirmed cases,with an attack rate of 100%.The virus was spread though daily closely contact within the family;all of the 7 cases had mild symptoms;the ratio of male to female was 3∶4;the average age was 44 years with a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 76 years;a total of 8 risk points were verified;a total of 109 close contacts and 7022 high-risk individuals were determined;the laboratory test result of the environment samples at the risk point showed that they were only positive in the patients’bathroom.Conclusions This epidemic was characterized by family gathering.People are generally susceptible to novel coronavirus,with the highest risk of infection among peoples who lives together;The earlier the case is discovered,the less resources are consumed.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the sensitivity of early case detection;due to the accelerated mobility of mass,it is recommended to take effective measures during the epidemic season of respiratory infectious diseases to reduce the risk of transmission,at the same time,strengthen the promotion and notification of relevant knowledge and policies.
