端粒酶卡扎尔体蛋白1和PIN2/TERF1相互作用端粒酶抑制剂1在乳腺浸润性导管癌患者中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的 探讨端粒酶卡扎尔体蛋白1(TCAB1)和PIN2/TERF1相互作用端粒酶抑制剂1(PINX1)在乳腺浸润性导管癌患者中的表达及临床意义。方法 选取45例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者和45例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者,收集乳腺浸润性导管癌组织和乳腺纤维腺瘤组织,采用免疫组化染色法检测TCAB1和PINX1的表达情况。比较乳腺浸润性导管癌组织与乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中TCAB1和PINX1的表达情况,比较不同临床特征乳腺浸润性导管癌患者乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中TCAB1和PINX1的表达情况,采用Spearman相关分析法分析乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中TCAB1与PINX1表达的相关性。结果 乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中TCAB1高表达率明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织,PINX1高表达率明显低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。无淋巴结转移、组织学分级为Ⅱ级的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中PINX1高表达率分别明显高于淋巴结转移、组织学分级为Ⅲ级的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中TCAB1与PINX1的表达呈负相关(r=-0.328,P=0.028)。结论 乳腺浸润性导管癌患者中TCAB1高表达率较高,PINX1高表达率较低,二者的表达呈负相关,且PINX1表达与淋巴结转移情况和组织学分级密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase cajal body protein 1(TCAB1)and PIN2/TERF1 interacting telomerase inhibitor 1(PINX1)in breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients and their clinical significance.Method Breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues from 45 patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma and breast fi-broadenoma tissues from 45 patients with breast fibroadenoma were collected.The expression of TCAB1 and PINX1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The expression of TCAB1 and PINX1 in breast invasive ductal carcino-ma tissues and breast fibroadenoma tissues were compared.The expression of TCAB1 and PINX1 in breast invasive duc-tal carcinoma tissues of breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.The correlation between the expression of TCAB1 and PINX1 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.Result The high expression rate of TCAB1 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in breast fibroadenoma tissue,and the high expression rate of PINX1 was significantly lower than that in breast fibroadenoma tissue,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The high expres-sion rate of PINX1 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues of patients without lymph node metastasis and histological grade II were significantly higher than those of patients with lymph node metastasis and histological grade III,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression of TCAB1 and PINX1 in breast invasive ductal carci-noma tissues were negatively correlated(r=-0.328,P=0.028).Conclusion The high expression rate of TCAB1 was higher in breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients,while the high expression rate of PINX1 was lower,the expression of the two indicators was negatively correlated,and the expression of PINX1 was closely related to lymph node metastasis and histological grade.
