摘要
本文构建包含政府、开发商和消费者三方的主体博弈模型,运用演化博弈理论研究各参与方的策略选择与稳定机理,并结合MATLAB数值模拟,仿真分析三方互动过程的演化趋势及影响因素。结果表明补贴政策是政府主导下激励开发商和消费者进入市场的核心手段,适度的补贴额度与合理的分配比例则是发挥补贴效益的关键因素,从而为推动我国装配式建筑行业可持续发展提供决策支持。
This paper adopts the evolutionary game theory to investigate strategic choices and stable mechanisms of the promotion process by constructing a tripartite game model including the government,developers,and consumers.Numerical simulation was also conducted by using MATLAB to analyze the evolutionary trends and influencing factors of the interaction process among the three parties.The results indicate that the government subsidy policy is the core motivator for developers and consumers to enter the market under the government-led context,while an appropriate amount of subsidy and a reasonable allocation ratio between supply and demand are the key factors to maximize the benefits of the subsidy policy in practice.The findings of this study help to provide decision support for the sustainable development of prefabricated construction in China.
