摘要
模块化建筑作为先进的建筑工业化生产方式,相较于传统现浇施工方式与普通装配式建筑,有更多的利益相关者参与,为项目质量管控带来新的风险挑战。本文系统研究模块化建筑项目的设计、生产、运输、安装及运维阶段的利益相关者及风险因素,形成风险因素清单。基于实际案例,采用社会网络分析方法构建质量风险网络模型,确定涉及到每个阶段的关键质量风险因素,并提出管控路径。
As an advanced industrial production mode of building,modular building has more stakeholders than traditional cast-in-place construction and ordinary prefabricated building,bringing new risk challenges to project quality control.This study systematically considers stakeholders and risk factors in the design,manufacture,transportation,installation and operation and maintenance phases of modular integrated construction projects to form a list of risk factors;based on a case study,a quality risk network model is established using a social network approach to identify the key quality risk factors involved in each phase.Finally,control measures are proposed for the key quality risks.
