摘要 装配式建筑作为一种新型建筑生产方式,具有施工速度快、环境污染小等特点。在我国,装配式建筑还处于起步阶段,各阶段施工控制难度大,对施工进度均造成不同程度的影响。因此,本研究通过文献综述、改进解释结构模型和交叉影响矩阵相乘法,筛选出16个影响因素并绘制层次模型;最后将影响因素划分为不同的类别。结果表明:确定的因素对施工进度均产生不同程度的影响,通过分析关键性因素并提出优化措施,为装配式建筑进度控制提供参考。 As a new building production mode,prefabricated building has the characteristics of fast construction speed and low environmental pollution.In China,prefabricated buildings are still in the initial stage,and it is difficult to control the construction of each stage,which will affect the construction progress to varying degrees.Therefore,this study screened 16 influencing factors and drew a hierarchical model through literature review,improved interpretation structure model and cross influence matrix multiplication;Finally,the influencing factors are divided into different categories.The results show that the determined factors have different degrees of impact on the construction progress.Through analyzing the key factors and putting forward optimization measures,it provides a reference for the progress control of prefabricated buildings.
