基于AHP-SPA的EPC项目协同管理序参量研究

Research on Order Parameters of EPC Project Collaborative Management Based on AHP-SPA

随着EPC模式的推广与应用,总承包商在开展EPC项目协同管理时出现各方责权利意识不明确,协同管理保障机制不健全等现实问题。为解决以上问题,采用文献研究、实地调研访谈以及AHP-SPA等分析方法,识别得到总承包商视角下EPC项目协同管理的8个序参量,并绘制总承包商视角下EPC项目协同管理序参量作用截面图,最后基于研究结果,提出针对性对策建议。

With the promotion and application of EPC mode,the general contractor has some practical problems such as unclear awareness of responsibilities and rights of all parties and imperfect guarantee mechanism for collaborative management when carrying out collaborative management of EPC projects.In order to solve the above problems,this paper uses literature research,field survey and interview,and AHP-SPA and other analytical methods to identify the eight order parameters of EPC project collaborative management from the perspective of the general contractor,and draw a cross-section of the role of the order parameters of EPC project collaborative management from the perspective of the general contractor,and finally puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the research results.
