摘要
以中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中建筑多目标优化的相关文献为基础,运用CiteSpaces总结其研究历程与研究热点,讨论不同工况性能优化设计与工作流的研究进展。结果表明:①建筑光热环境、能耗效率等单一物理场是研究热点,建筑全生命周期成本、建筑风环境、能耗模拟仿真有望成为今后研究的重点方向;②多物理场耦合仍存在局限性,仿真引擎与设计软件结合、优化算法迭代是深化研究的主要挑战;③设计优化与工程项目对接有待提升,这需要更准确规范的数据集、BIM框架以及能够支持各种建筑方案、尺寸、配置的系统;④目前研究多集中于单体建筑性能提升,对城市设计中多尺度指标,如碳排放、生活体验、经济效益等要素,需要统筹考虑。
Based on the literature on multi-objective optimization of buildings in CNKI and Web Of Science(WOS)databases,this paper summarizes the research process and research hotspots of CiteSpace,and discusses the research progress of performance optimization design and workflow under different working conditions.The results show that:(1)Single physics such as building solar and thermal environment and energy efficiency are research hotspots,and building life cycle cost,building wind environment,and energy consumption simulation are expected to become the key directions of future research;(2)Multiphysics coupling still has limitations,and the combination of simulation engine and design software and optimization algorithm iteration are the main challenges for deepening research;(3)The connection between design optimization and engineering projects needs to be improved,which requires more accurate and standardized data sets,BIM frameworks,and systems that can support various architectural schemes,sizes,and configurations;(4)At present,most of the research focuses on the performance improvement of individual buildings,and multi-scale indicators in urban design,such as carbon emissions,living experience,economic benefits and other elements,need to be considered as a whole.
