海南陵水“五馆”一中心项目精细化设计管理模式研究

Research on the Refined Design and Management Model of the“Five Pavilions”and One Center Project in Lingshui Hainan

精细化设计是在精细化的理念和方法论引导下,采用集成思维和整合方法进行建筑设计及管理工作,实现对建筑全设计周期的有效管控。本文以海南陵水“五馆”一中心项目为例,通过大型文化类建筑综合体的实际项目经验,阐述在面对建设规模大、建筑类型多、投资规模高、设计品质要求高等问题的情况下,如何通过精细化的设计管理手段把控项目的建设。

Fine design is guided by the concept and methodology of fine design,using integrated thinking and methods to carry out architectural design and management work,achieving effective control over the entire design cycle of buildings.This article takes the“Five Pavilions”and One Center project in Lingshui,Hainan as an example,and elaborates on how to control the project through refined design management methods in the face of problems such as large construction scale,multiple types of buildings,high investment scale,and high design quality requirements,based on the actual project experience of large-scale cultural building complexes.
