工程项目创优质工程,是建筑企业打造标杆项目、培养优秀管理团队、提升企业质量管理水平、树立企业品牌形象的重要手段,然而工程创优贯穿项目策划、实施、后期提质的整个周期,按照传统的方式往往难以达到预期效果。BIM技术的介入可以大幅减少项目创优时间及资金成本、有效提升项目创优的成效、保障创优成果。本文阐述某具体项目利用BIM技术提升工程质量、辅助项目创优的具体措施,总结BIM技术辅助项目创优的技术成果,结果表明,BIM技术的应用,帮助项目实现了一次成优的目标,可以为项目创优提供巨大助力。

Creating high-quality projects in engineering projects is an important means for construction enterprises to build benchmark projects,cultivate excellent management teams,improve the quality management level of enterprises and establish the brand image of enterprises.However,engineering excellence runs through the whole cycle of project planning,implementation and later quality improvement,and it is often difficult to achieve the expected results in the traditional way.The intervention of BIM technology can greatly reduce the time and capital cost of project excellence,effectively improve the effectiveness of project excellence,and ensure the achievements of excellence.In this paper,the specific measures to improve the engineering quality and assist the project to create excellence by using BIM technology in a specific project are expounded,and the technical achievements of BIM technology in assisting the project to create excellence are summarized.The results show that the application of BIM technology can help the project to achieve the goal of achieving excellence at one time,which can provide great help for the project to create excellence.
