“双碳”目标下湖南省绿色建筑发展问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Green Building Development in Hunan Province under the“Double Carbon”Goal

全球变暖理论和低碳发展理论盛行以来,国际社会围绕气候问题展开了多轮谈判,各国纷纷提出了碳达峰碳中和目标,我国也于2020年提出了碳达峰碳中和,在此背景下,作为碳排放大户建筑业的未来发展趋势,绿色建筑也越来越成为政策关注的焦点。本文在双碳目标的引领下,就如何实现湖南省绿色建筑行业发展提出相应的对策。

Since the prevalence of global warming theory and low carbon development theory,the international community has launched many rounds of negotiations around climate issues.Countries and industries have put forward the goal of carbon peak carbon neutralization,and China has also put forward the goal of carbon peak carbon neutralization in 2020.In this context,green buildings,as the future trend of the construction industry with large carbon emissions,have increasingly become the focus of the international community.Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutral target,this paper puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions on how to realize the development of green building industry in Hunan Province.
