摘要
建筑业粗放的管理模式及信息化、智能化程度低等问题成为制约其向智能建造转变的关键因素。在新兴信息技术的推动下,数字孪生技术在解决以上问题方面发挥了重要作用。鉴于此,基于现有文献,对数字孪生技术进行介绍,通过文献计量方法对其在建筑业研究现状进行分析,并对数字孪生技术在建筑业全生命周期的应用进行综述,最后进行总结,提出现有研究不足并对未来的发展进行展望。
The rough management mode and the low level of informationization and intelligence in the construction industry have become key factors limiting its transformation to intelligent construction.Driven by the emerging information technology,digital twin technology plays an important role in solving the above problems.In view of this,based on the existing literature,this paper introduces digital twin technology,analyzes the current status of its research in the construction industry through bibliometric methods,and review the application of digital twin technology in the whole life cycle of the construction industry,and finally conclude with a summary,presenting the shortcomings of existing research and providing an outlook on future development.
