工程项目中信任的文献综述:价值主义转向的理论探索

Literature Review of Trust in Engineering Projects:Theoretical Exploration of the Turn of Value

目前,工程项目中信任的研究多偏重于信任浅层化的价值主义分析,重视信任对合作的显性驱动作用。然而,信任作为工程项目中不可或缺的文化组成,对其价值构建研究的缺失会降低信任研究的理论张力。因此,本文从价值主义转向视角出发,剖析工程项目中信任的价值基础、价值形成、价值分流及价值溢散过程,挖掘信任在价值主义特征下价值释放对工程项目管理绩效的增益作用,旨在拓展工程项目中信任的应用研究范畴,促进工程项目中信任价值的深度释放与溢出。

At present,the research of trust in engineering projects focuses on the functionalist analysis of shallow trust,and attaches importance to the dominant driving effect of trust on cooperation.However,as an indispensable cultural component of engineering projects,the lack of research on its value construction will undoubtedly reduce the theoretical tension of trust research.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of Marxist value trust to turn,analysis of the project value basis,the value of trust formation,value and value of shunt overflow process,mining trust in the functional characteristics and value release function to engineering project management performance gain,to expand the category in application research of trust in the project release the depth and the overflow promoting trust project value.
