This paper introduces the common types and handling methods of construction project claims under the fixed lump sum contract model,and analyzes the causes of their claims.According to the analysis of the causes of claims,from the perspective of the employer,this paper discusses how to prevent construction project claims under the fixed lump sum contract model,in order to provide reference for the employer to prevent claims more effectively.
