摘要
“人工智能+新工科”背景下,计算机类专业人才培养面临新难题与挑战。通过探讨“人工智能+新工科”的内涵,分析目前计算机类专业人才培养的瓶颈,研究构建“人工智能+新工科”背景下“核心素养+数字技能”人才培养模式,分别从核心素养与数字技能出发规划路径,强调培养学生的创新力、批判性思维、沟通交流和团队协作能力,重视在开放和包容的氛围中培养学生的IT技能、专业技能和高级行业技能,共形成四个核心维度和八条培养路径,以期塑造可持续发展的计算机类专业优秀人才,充实“人工智能+新工科”教育的灵魂。
The training of computing professionals under the background of“Artificial Intelligence+Emerging Engineering education”is facing new problems and challenges.By exploring the connotation of“Artificial Intelligence+Emerging Engineering education”and analyzing the current bottlenecks in the training of computer professionals,we have constructed a“core literacy+digital skills”talent training mode under the background of“Artificial Intelligence+Emerging Engineering education”.We plan a path from core literacy and digital skills,emphasizing the cultivation of students’creativity,critical thinking,communication and teamwork skills,and the development of students’IT skills,professional skills and advanced industry skills in an open and inclusive atmosphere.Four core dimensions and eight training paths are formed,with a view to shaping sustainable development of outstanding computer professionals and enriching the soul of“Artificial Intelligence+Emerging Engineering education”education.
