摘要
运用手持技术探究浓度、温度对化学反应速率的影响,利用色度计测定不同浓度和不同温度下同浓度的葡萄糖、柠檬酸与酸性高锰酸钾溶液反应的透光率随时间的变化情况。实验结果表明:增大反应物浓度,会使高锰酸钾褪色时间变短,反应速率加快;升高反应温度,也会使高锰酸钾褪色时间变短,反应速率加快。
In this experiment,the hand-held technology was adopted to explore the effect of concentration and temperature on chemical reaction rate,and a colorimeter was used to measure the changes of light transmittance with time in the reactions of glucose and citric acid with acidic potassium permanganate solution in the following cases:glucose and citric acid with different concentrations;the same reactants with the same concentration but different temperatures.The experimental results show that increasing the concentration of reactants will shorten the fading time of potassium permanganate and accelerate the reaction;Increasing the reaction temperature will shorten the fading time of potassium permanganate and accelerate the reaction.
