Basic experiment was changed into comprehensive experiment in Genetics,and open teaching mode was conducted,in which experimental teaching time and content were open.Better teaching effect was obtained when teaching content,teaching mode,inspection method were all innovated.Comprehensive capacity was improved on undergraduate such as problem-solving capacity,critical thinking capacity and innovative thinking capacity.
