摘要
膳食纤维作为一种功能性食品,素有“第七营养素”的美称,在人体内发挥多种生理功能,对维持人体健康具有重要意义。胃肠道功能紊乱综合征(FGIDs)是一组表现为慢性或者反复发作性的无器质性改变的胃肠道功能性疾病,可以严重影响患者的生活质量,且增加他们的精神压力和经济负担。近年来,饮食疗法在FGIDs治疗过程中的潜在作用越来越受人们的重视。增加膳食纤维的摄入,在一定程度上可以预防人体胃肠道疾病和维护胃肠道健康。本文综述膳食纤维对FGIDs的防治作用研究进展,以期为该疾病提供新的饮食疗法策略。
As a functional food,dietary fiber plays a variety of physiological functions in the human body and is of great significance to maintain human health.Functional gastrointestinal diseases(FGIDs)are a group of functional gastrointestinal diseases that are chronic or recurrent without organic changes.It not only seriously affects the life quality of patients,but also increases their mental pressure and economic burden.In recent years,the potential role of dietary therapy in the treatment of FGIDs has attracted more and more attention.Increasing the intake of dietary fiber can prevent human gastrointestinal diseases and maintain gastrointestinal health.This paper reviews the research progress of dietary fiber in the prevention and treatment of FGIDs,we aim to provide new dietary therapy strategies for the prevention and treatment of FGIDs.
