肿瘤科护士恶性伤口管理知信行问卷的编制及信度效度检验

Development and reliability and validity test of the knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for malignant wound nursing in oncology department

目的:编制适用于肿瘤科护士恶性伤口管理知信行问卷,并检验其信度、效度,为临床恶性伤口评估提供有效工具。方法:通过文献查阅、专家函询、预调查形成初始问卷,并对全国687名肿瘤科护士进行正式调查,采用Cronbach’sα系数、折半信度、重测信度、内容效度、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析进行问卷的信度、效度检验。结果:问卷共3个维度,56个条目。问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.954、分半信度为0.950、重测信度为0.947;内容效度指数为0.982,各条目的内容效度指数为0.875~1.000。结论:本问卷具有良好的信度及效度,可作为评估肿瘤科护士恶性伤口管理知信行的工具。

Objective:To develop a questionnaire on the Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(KAP)questionnaire for malignant wound management for oncology nurses and test its reliability and validity.Methods:An initial questionnaire was developed by referring to relevant domestic and foreign literature,expert consultation and pre-investigations,and a formal investigation was then carried out among 687 oncology nurses in China,after which the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested in terms of the Cronbach'sαcoefficient,split-half reliability,test-retest reliability,content validity,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results:The questionnaire covered 3 dimensions and 56 entries totally with the Cronbach'sαcoefficient being 0.954,the split-half reliability being 0.950,the test-retest reliability being 0.947,the content validity index(S-CVI)being 0.982,and the content validity index of each entry(I-CVI)being 0.875-1.000.Conclusion:This questionnaire can be used as the tool to evaluate the malignant wound management KAP for oncology nurses due to its good reliability and validity.
