电神经肌肉刺激联合生物反馈治疗阴道口闭合不全的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Electroneuromuscular Stimulation Combined with Biofeedback in the Treatment of Vaginal Orifice Imperfection

目的:探究阴道口闭合不全患者使用电神经肌肉刺激联合生物反馈治疗的临床效果。方法:选取在2021年7月—2022年11月柳州市工人医院盆底康复中心收治的60例阴道口闭合不全患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组进行凯格尔训练,观察组进行电神经肌肉刺激联合生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、负性情绪。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:电神经肌肉刺激联合生物反馈治疗阴道口闭合不全疗效显著,可有效改善患者负性情绪。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroneuromuscular stimulation combined with biofeedback in patients with vaginal orifice imperfection.Methods:Sixty patients with vaginal orifice imperfection treated in the Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Center of Liuzhou Workers'Hospital from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received Kegel training,and the observation group received electroneuromuscular stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy.The therapeutic effect and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Electroneuromuscular stimulation combined with biofeedback is effective in the treatment of vaginal imperfection,which can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients.
