二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Metformin Combined with Insulin in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨糖尿病患者使用胰岛素和二甲双胍联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月北京亚运村社区卫生服务中心检查确诊的糖尿病患者88例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、血糖水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病效果显著,可控制患者血糖水平,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy of insulin and metformin in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of eighty-eight diabetic patients diagnosed in Beijing Asian Games Village Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was given metformin treatment,and the observation group was given metformin combined with insulin treatment.The clinical effect,blood glucose level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Insulin combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of diabetes,and can control the blood glucose level of patients with high safety.
