布地奈德联合噻托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Tiotropium Bromide in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨布地奈德联合噻托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月海南医学院第一附属医院呼吸科收治的支气管哮喘患者90例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(45例,布地奈德治疗)与观察组(45例,布地奈德联合噻托溴铵治疗)。治疗后,比较两组患者肺功能、治疗效果、临床症状发作时间、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者肺活量、呼气高峰流量、第1秒用力呼气量水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哮鸣音发作时间、平喘发作时间、咳嗽发作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患者使用布地奈德联合噻托溴铵治疗效果显著,可改善患者肺功能,减轻哮喘症状,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of ninety patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the Department of Pneumology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group(45 cases treated with budesonide)and observation group(45 cases treated with budesonide combined with tiotropium bromide)according to random number table method.After treatment,pulmonary function,therapeutic effect,duration of onset of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in the first second of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The onset time of wheezing,asthmatic and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with tiotropium bromide is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma,which can improve lung function and alleviate asthma symptoms with high safety.
