清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的临床应用效果评价

Clinical Effect of Qingwei Huoxue Decoction Combined with Famotidine in the Treatment of Acute Gastritis

目的:评价清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗急性胃炎的临床应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月七星关区妇幼保健院收治的76例急性胃炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组给予法莫西丁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清胃活血汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042);观察组腹泻、腹痛、呕吐、发热症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者上腹饱胀隐痛、食欲减退、嗳气、恶心呕吐、舌苔紫暗积分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论:急性胃炎患者行清胃活血汤联合法莫替丁治疗安全有效,可改善患者临床症状和中医证候积分,缩短症状缓解时间。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingwei Huoxue Decoction combined with famotidine in the treatment of acute gastritis.Methods:A total of seventy-six patients with acute gastritis admitted to Qixingguan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The control group was given famotidine treatment,and the observation group was given Qingwei Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042);The relief time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,vomiting and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the scores of upper abdominal fullness and dull pain,loss of appetite,belching,nausea and vomiting,tongue coating purple and dark were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat patients with acute gastritis with Qingwei Huoxue Decoction combined with famotidine,which can improve clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores and shorten the time of symptom relief.
