聚焦解决模式下睡眠干预联合穴位按摩疗法对生长迟缓儿童的治疗效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Sleep Intervention Combined with Acupressure Therapy in Children with Growth Retarding under Focused Solution Mode

目的:分析聚焦解决模式下睡眠干预联合穴位按摩疗法对生长迟缓儿童的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年1月南宁市中医医院儿科收治的生长迟缓患儿100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规健康教育和聚焦解决模式下睡眠干预治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩疗法治疗。比较两组患儿治疗情况。结果:观察组体重、身高增长速率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,观察组生活质量量表-31评分高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,两组患儿行为问题评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对生长迟缓儿童行聚焦解决模式下睡眠干预联合穴位按摩疗法效果显著,可改善患儿发育情况、生活质量、睡眠情况、IGF-1水平,纠正行为问题。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of sleep intervention combined with acupressure therapy on children with growth retarding under focused solution mode.Methods:A total of one hundred children with growth retardation admitted to the department of pediatrics of Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education and sleep intervention in focused solution mode,and the observation group was treated with acupressure therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment of the two groups was compared.Results:The growth rate of body weight and height in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the level of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After intervention,the quality of life Scale-31 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After intervention,the scores of behavioral problems in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Sleep intervention combined with acupressure therapy in focused solution mode has significant effect on children with growth retardation,which can improve their development,quality of life,sleep status,IGF-1 level and correct behavior problems.
