桃红四物汤联合中医康复治疗对踝关节骨折术后恢复的影响

Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Therapy on Postoperative Recovery of Ankle Fracture

目的:探讨桃红四物汤联合中医康复治疗对踝关节骨折术后恢复的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月河池市中医医院收治的踝关节骨折术后患者84例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各42例。对照组接受中医康复治疗,研究组接受桃红四物汤联合中医康复治疗。比较两组患者康复效果、骨折愈合情况、踝关节评分(HSS)、疼痛评分(VAS)。结果:研究组康复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);研究组骨痂边缘、断端边缘、骨痂量、骨痂密度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,研究组HSS评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:桃红四物汤联合中医康复治疗可促进踝关节骨折术后恢复,可加速骨折愈合,提高踝关节功能,减轻疼痛。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation on postoperative recovery of ankle fracture.Methods:Eighty-four cases of postoperative ankle fracture patients admitted to Hechi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected for observation,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty-two cases.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment,and the study group received Taohong Siwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of rehabilitation effect,fracture healing,ankle score(HSS)and pain score(VAS).Results:The rehabilitation excellence rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);The scores of bone scab edge,fracture edge,bone scab volume,and bone scab density in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);After treatment,the HSS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment can promote the postoperative recovery of ankle fracture,which can accelerate the fracture healing,improve the ankle joint function and reduce the pain.
