预见性护理对老年重症脑出血患者预后和生活质量的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Prognosis and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨预见性护理对老年重症脑出血患者预后和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年8月湖南省人民医院(湖南师范大学附属第一医院)收治的老年重症脑出血患者62例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理。比较两组患者血压水平、生活质量、护理满意率、并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:预见性护理有利于改善老年重症脑出血患者血压水平及生活质量,提高护理满意率,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on prognosis and quality of life in elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Sixty-two elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital(the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University)from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.Blood pressure level,quality of life,nursing satisfaction rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of observation group were lower than that of control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:Predictive nursing is beneficial to improve blood pressure and quality of life in elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage,improve nursing satisfaction rate and reduce the incidence of complications.
