精细化管理模式在肝胆外科患者围术期护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Refined Management Mode in Perioperative Nursing Care of Hepatobiliary Surgery Patients

目的:观察在肝胆外科患者围术期护理中精细化管理模式的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月贵港市人民医院收治的需行手术治疗的肝胆外科患者120例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施精细化管理模式。比较两组患者负性情绪、生活质量、并发症发生率、护理满意度情况。结果:出院时,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);出院时,研究组心理功能、物质生活状态、躯体功能、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:肝胆外科患者围术期实施精细化管理模式,可降低并发症发生率,缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,患者满意度较高。

Objective:To observe the application effect of refined management mode in perioperative care of hepatobiliary surgery patients.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of hepatobiliary surgical patients admitted to Guigang People's Hospital who needed surgical treatment from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected for observation,and were divided into a control group and a study group of sixty cases each by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the study group implemented the refined management mode.Negative emotions,quality of life,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At the time of discharge,the anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);At the time of discharge,the scores of psychological functioning,material life status,somatic functioning,and social functioning of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);Nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of refined management mode in the perioperative period of hepatobiliary surgical patients can reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
