基于信息-动机-行为模式的康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Information-motivation-behavior Model in Hemiplegic Patients with Stroke

目的:分析基于信息-动机-行为(IMB)模式的康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年9月新泰市人民医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者98例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各49例。对照组给予常规康复护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于IMB模式的康复护理。比较两组患者遵医行为、肢体运动功能与日常生活活动能力[Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)与改良Barthel指数(MBI)]。结果:研究组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);干预3个月后,研究组FMA、MBI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于IMB模式的康复护理能够有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的遵医行为,改善其肢体运动功能,促进日常生活活动能力。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing based on information-motivation-behavior(IMB)model in hemiplegic patients with stroke.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group,each with forty-nine cases,according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation care,and the study group adopted rehabilitation care based on the IMB model on the basis of the control group.Comparison of compliance behavior,limb motor function and activities of daily living[Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)]between the two groups.Results:The total adherence rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014);After 3 months of intervention,the FMA and MBI scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing based on the IMB model can effectively improve the compliance behavior of hemiplegic patients with stroke,improve their limb motor function,and promote the ability of activities of daily living.
