广西高校学生性传播疾病患病现状与分析

Current Situation and Analysis of Sexually Transmitted Diseases among College Students in Guangxi

目的:分析广西大学生性传播疾病(STD)患病情况,为疾病防控提供参考。方法:调查2022年1—6月广西503名大学生关于STD的知识和行为,使用单因素和多因素分析不同特征学生的STD患病情况。结果:艺术类、其他专业、饮酒、男男同性恋为STD高危因素(OR=9.472、12.139、6.415、35.76),STD相关行为得分越高,STD患病的风险越低(P<0.05)。结论:对广西高校中非医学专业、有不良生活习惯、男男同性恋的学生进行STD相关健康教育,以尽早进行有效的干预、预防。

Objective:To analyze the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)in Guangxi University and provide reference for disease prevention and control.Methods:The STD knowledge and behavior of five hundred and three college students in Guangxi from January 2022 to June 2022 were investigated.The prevalence of STD among students with different characteristics was analyzed by univariate and multifactorial analysis.Results:Art,other majors,drinking,and MSM were high risk factors for STD(OR=9.472,12.139,6.415,35.76).The higher the score of STD-related behaviors,the lower the risk of STD disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:STD related health education should be carried out for non-medical students with bad living habits and gay men in universities in Guangxi,so as to carry out effective intervention and prevention as soon as possible.
