摘要
在复杂的国内外形势之下,建筑部品、材料等的保质保量和及时供应,是确保装配式建筑顺利交付的重要一环.为了对装配式建筑供应链韧性进行科学评估,根据装配式建筑及其供应链的特点,从预测能力、响应能力、适应能力、恢复能力以及学习能力5个维度构建装配式建筑供应链韧性评估指标体系;将G1法与C-OWA算子相结合计算指标权重,引入博弈论计算指标组合权重,运用向量夹角余弦法,建立装配式建筑供应链韧性评估模型;将该模型应用到实际案例中,评估结果显示该案例中的供应链韧性等级为“良”,验证了韧性评估模型的可行性,为装配式建筑供应链的韧性评估提供了新思路.
Under the complex domestic and international situation,the quality and timely supply of building components and materials was an important part of ensuring the smooth delivery of prefabricated building.In order to scientifically assess the resilience of the supply chain of prefabricated building,according to the characteristics of prefabricated building and their supply chains,an index system for assessing the resilience of the supply chain of prefabricated building was constructed from five dimensions:predictive capability,responsiveness,adaptive capability,recovery capability and learning capability;the G1 method was combined with the C-OWA operator to calculate the index weights,game theory was introduced to calculate the index combination weights,the model was applied to an actual case,and the evaluation resulted showed that the resilience of the supply chain in the case was“good”,which verified the feasibility of the resilience evaluation model and provided a new idea for the resilience evaluation of the supply chain of prefabricated building.
